How It Works
1. Submit an Inquiry — Share a client inquiry or property interest with the Amasé team.
2. Property Alignment — Amasé aligns the appropriate residence and pricing for your client.
3. Booking Confirmed — Booking is completed through Amasé systems with full coordination.
4. Commission Paid — Commission is tracked and paid per your partnership agreement.
How Advisors Work with Amasé
Amasé offers flexible engagement models to align with how you and your clients prefer to work. Whether you lead the introduction, co-manage the experience, or refer clients directly, your partnership is tracked and valued.
Advisor-Led Introduction
You introduce your client to Amasé and remain involved throughout the process. Amasé manages quoting, booking, and execution in coordination with you.
Co-Managed Experience
You remain the primary point of contact for your client. Amasé supports behind the scenes with availability, pricing, and booking execution.
Client-Direct with Attribution
You may share properties directly with your client. If they engage with Amasé independently, your referral is tracked through your Partner ID or a prior introduction.
Partnership Structure
Standard referral commission: 10% of base rent. Paid post-stay or on qualifying non-refundable cancellations. Enhanced structures available for select partners.
Commission applies to clients introduced prior to booking and properly attributed.
