How many guests can stay at Pine Cone Ranch?
The main lodge and three guest cottages have 15 bedrooms and sleep about 40 guests on-site. We can recommend nearby lodging for the rest of your guests. Our team will confirm event capacity for your plans.
Where does the ceremony take place?
Most couples choose the lakeside, the sand beach or a clearing beneath the pines. The boathouse pavilion works well for cocktails or a covered ceremony.
What is the best season for a Texas ranch wedding?
Spring and fall bring the mildest weather in East Texas. Summer evenings by the lake are lovely too, with the pool close by for the day before and after.
Do you provide catering and planning?
Our Personal Concierge coordinates trusted local caterers, florists and entertainment. You are welcome to bring your own planner.
How far is the ranch from the airport?
Tyler Pounds Regional Airport is about 45 minutes away. Dallas/Fort Worth, with more direct flights, is about two hours by car.
