Our portfolio includes a hand-selected collection of luxury homes, such as condos, lodges, penthouses, and villas, in sought-after beachfront and mountain-view destinations.

Daily housekeeping is not included with your stay; however, additional housekeeping services can be arranged upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. Please contact our Guest Relations team for assistance.

Pet accommodations may be available at select properties on a case-by-case basis. Please inquire at the time of booking so we can confirm suitability. An additional pet fee or deposit will apply.

Select homes may accommodate private events. Event use requires prior approval, a separate agreement, and an additional event deposit. Please inquire at the time of booking for details and availability.

At Amasé, we strive to provide a seamless arrival experience. When available, an on-site property manager may greet you at the home to welcome you and review important details. Please share your estimated arrival time if you would like to request an in-person welcome. 

Approximately 48 hours before arrival, you’ll receive a Guest Portal link by text with everything you need for your stay, including access instructions, property details, local guides, and check-out information.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

If you need to request an early check-in or a later departure, please contact our Guest Relations team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability and any applicable fees.

Our Guest Relations team is happy to share recommendations for trusted local providers, such as grocery delivery, private chefs, adventures and tours, and spa services. You’ll also find many helpful resources in your Guest Portal.

Amasé offers a full refund for cancellations made at least 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. Reservations canceled within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to help provide peace of mind in the event of unexpected changes to your travel plans, as standard cancellation terms apply to all reservations. 

Most homes offer convenient self-check-in. When available and requested, an on-site property manager may greet you upon arrival to review important details of the home.

Contact information for both our Guest Relations team and your on-site property manager will be provided in your Guest Portal. Guest Relations can assist with general questions, while your property manager can help with any needs related to the home during your stay.

Parking details vary by home and will be outlined in your property listing and Guest Portal, including any assigned spaces, garages, or local parking guidelines.
